A typical outline of the three-month (12 week) process is:
Session 1. Two hours initial session to set established the relationship, path, goals, and agreements and start the process of digging deep.
Session 2-4. Establish your vision of the ideal transition and make that your Blueprint for a better life. In these sessions we explore your values, your life purpose and your work life balance.
Session 4-6. Now we build your self-awareness, look at your strength,s and all that’s good.
Session 7. Now comes the time where we identify what or who is in your way. You will gain more freedom, more purpose and more passion in your life.
Session 8-10. We investigate your goals, your options and what you are willing to do to make it happen.
